Sit back and relax and watch the Manatees in the canal outside your window for your 1st floor 1 bedroom condo at Whitney Beach on the north end of Longboat Key. The one bedroom condo is over sized and provides all you need for the perfect vacation.

Parking: There is parking space for 2 vehicles
Whitney Beach is a Beach to Bay complex with Bishop's Bayou leading to Sarasota Bay for boating, fishing, kayaking & paddle boarding. On the beach side, there is the Whitney Beach Conservancy, land owned by the association for use by owners, guests & tenants. Two tennis courts, a BBQ picnic area, tiki huts & private deeded beach access. Chaise lounges are provided for use on the most beautiful beach on Longboat Key.

SeaBreeze Vacation has just implemented a new flexible cancellation policy. We know this has been a tough year for everyone and the events of 2020 have changed how people will travel forever. We listened to your concerns and invested a lot of time and effort into formulating a flexible cancellation policy for our guests. You are now allowed to cancel your reservation up to 14 days before check-in and receive a refund. Additional terms and conditions apply.
Our Professional Linen Program:
SeaBreeze Vacation strives to bring only the best quality experience to our guests— including a professional linen service at this property to better enhance your enjoyment while staying here. This luxury amenity provides you high-quality linens that are in place and ready for your use upon your arrival. These premium linens are laundered in a commercial setting that uses only hypoallergenic, perfume- and dye-free soaps assuring all guests a comfortable stay.
With all SeaBreeze Vacation properties, we think of the little things to make your vacation special. When you arrive, your home will be supplied with 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 rolls of kitchen paper towels, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, and softener. We also offer a range of supplemental services including pre-stock grocery shopping and babysitting. If you need a pack-and-play, high chair, or other specialty items, these are available for a small additional fee and will be waiting in your home when you arrive.
