You’ll be in walking distance to Pine Ave where you will find dining and shopping for all. Inside, the open floor plan is ideal for entertaining and group gatherings, and the galley style kitchen, featuring stainless steel appliances, wine cooler, ice maker and marble countertops, providing the cooks in your group all they need to create delicious meals for everyone. Free WiFi is available throughout the home. There are two master bedrooms with ensuite baths and the living room boasts a large flat-screen TV. And if that isn't enough, there's also a gas grill for family cookouts, multiple lounge areas, outdoor shower, screened patio with dining space. But, wait there’s more! The on-site cottage features a quiet, air conditioned place to relax while reading, watching your favorite TV show or a hanging out for the kids to play their favorite games on the X-box, classic arcade game or enjoy a game of pool. This property also features a private dock where you can bring your boat, launch your kayak, try your luck at fishing or just relax in the Adirondack chairs enjoying your morning coffee or evening cocktail. Seahorse will be a place you will make memories that last a life time, and you will want to return time and time again. 
 

Cancellation Policy - SeaBreeze Vacation has spent a great deal of time and effort into formulating a cancellation policy for you. SeaBreeze Vacation has the most flexible cancellation policy on the Island. You are allowed to cancel your reservation up to 14 days prior to check-in to receive a refund. Additional terms and conditions apply. 

This property participates in our Professional Linen Program. SeaBreeze Vacation strives to bring only the best quality experience to our guests, to do so we provide a professional linen service at this property to better enhance your enjoyment while staying here. This luxury amenity provides you high quality linens that are in place and ready for your use upon your arrival. These high-quality linens are laundered in a commercial setting  that uses only hypoallergenic, perfume & dye-free soaps assuring all of our guests a comfortable stay. 

With all SeaBreeze Vacation properties, we think of the little things to make your vacation special, with a starter pack of 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 rolls of kitchen paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, and laundry detergent pods. We also offer a range of supplemental services including pre-stock grocery shopping and babysitting. Need a pack and play or high chair, etc.? These are available for a small additional fee and will be waiting in the home on your arrival.

Master Bedroom 1 has a private entrance to the patio pool area and features a king-size bed, flat screen TV, sitting area, large ensuite bathroom with double vanities, private toilet area and walk-in shower. 

Master Bedroom 2 features a king-size bed, flat screen TV and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.

Bedroom 3 features 2 twin beds and flat-screen TV. 

Master Bedroom 4 features a queen-size bed, flat screen TV and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.

Guest bathroom is centrally located in the home and features a shower/tub combo. 

This property comfortably accommodates a group of 8.

Parking is limited to 4 vehicles.
